My personal experience with The Property League and Amber Fox has been amazing. My husband and I had occupied the same house and property for 46 years. After one year of renting this became the house we occupied as a married couple and at times with our children and grandchildren. Amber made us feel we had a really special property to market; her management of timing and pricing was spot on, ever conscious to consider all possibilities and options available. The marketing and sale of our much-loved property was handled expertly with attention to every detail including photography, liaison with other parties, close attention to budget costs and personalised consideration toward us as the sellers. Amber displayed the highest level of honesty and integrity throughout the entire process which, at times, became very challenging. She was always available and ready to listen and offer suggestions and advice. I felt comfortable and at ease; every request was met appropriately and with good cheer! The process from beginning to end became a combination of exhaustion and exhilaration. I am sincerely at a loss to make any suggestions for improvement.
